Business Analyst
Dale is a Business Analyst at RocketFin, working with the firm's New York team on derivative, fixed-income and FX programmes for institutional clients. He brings over 20 years of experience across derivative securities, mortgage-backed products and foreign exchange, with a focus on documenting business workflows, translating them into implementable specifications, and validating that they work in practice.
Before joining RocketFin, Dale consulted to MassMutual validating Murex accounting and market-risk reports, led testing of the PALMS-to-Beacon interface, and compared PALMS data across Eagle, Murex and production systems. Earlier he spent four years at Manulife (via Whitridge Associates) as a Senior Business Systems Analyst on capital-markets programmes. He is known for his ability to bridge business users and software developers, and for rigorous data and model validation.
