RocketFin was founded in 2018 by technologists and market practitioners who felt there had to be a better way to create trading and risk systems. It wasn't that firms lacked the right tools, it was how these tools worked or, more importantly, didn't work together.
Individually, systems performed well. But across pricing, execution, risk and analytics, workflows broke down. Context was lost. Decisions slowed. People adapted. Spreadsheets plugged holes, and business decisions bounced around in chat windows. Workarounds became the system.
That's when RocketFin launched...
