His broader career spans building and optimising pricing, risk and trading infrastructure across global markets, combining modern engineering practice with deep quantitative grounding.
Kar Hoe holds a Master of Science in Mathematical Finance (Merit) from the University of Oxford — with a distinction-graded dissertation on joint optimisation of Gaussian Process hyperparameters — and a First-Class Master of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London. He is based in London.
